Jeanne Ives (IL-06)
Jeanne Ives has lived in Wheaton, IL for 27 years. She graduated from West Point in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and served in the US Army as a platoon leader and headquarter detachment commander for transportation units in Germany and ROTC instructor at Wheaton College. In 1993, Jeanne resigned from the Army to raise her children while simultaneously working as a tax advisor and a bookkeeper for small businesses and individuals. More recently, Jeanne served on the Wheaton City Council and in the Illinois State Legislature. In her free time she enjoys coaching the local Cross Country team as a parent volunteer.
